Terms of Service: Limited Warranty Policy

At UGGPLANET, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Our products come with a 6-month Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty against defective materials and workmanship.

🛡️ What is Covered?

This warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults. When a claim is submitted, we evaluate the item based on:

  • The time elapsed since the original purchase.

  • Reasonable expectations of how the product should perform under normal use.

  • Evidence of manufacturing defects rather than standard wear and tear.

Note: All claims require a valid Proof of Purchase to verify the item was bought through UGGPLANET or an authorized reseller and is not counterfeit.


🚫 What is NOT Covered?

This warranty is limited and does not apply to the following:

1. Normal Wear & Tear and Misuse General aging of the product, including scuffing, worn-out soles, cuts, holes, tearing, fraying, or damage from extreme use.

2. Natural Material Characteristics Sheepskin is a natural product. The following are considered characteristics of the material, not faults:

  • Variations: Minor irregularities in color, texture, or fit.

  • Dye Transfer: Darker dyes may rub off on skin/socks during early wears.

  • Staining: Lighter colors picking up ink or dye from clothing (e.g., denim).

3. Environmental & Accidental Damage Damage caused by moisture, water, sweat, mud, grass stains, or burns (e.g., cigarettes or campfires).

4. Alterations & Third-Party Repairs Any modifications made after purchase (dyeing, sewing patches, etc.) or repairs attempted by third-party cobblers will void this warranty.

5. Evolution of Design Changes in styling, fit, or design range that occur over time as our brand evolves are not considered warrantable defects.


📦 Packaging & Gift Items

  • Packaging Disclaimer: Our warranty applies strictly to the product itself. It does not cover external packaging, such as shoeboxes or shipping cartons. Minor damage to boxes during transit is not considered a fault.

  • Gift Items: Warranty coverage for gifts depends on the original terms of sale. A Proof of Purchase is still mandatory for any claim regarding a gifted item.

  • Partner Retailers: We do not provide additional warranties for items sold via partnered retailers unless explicitly stated in their specific terms of sale.


🛠️ Professional Quality Control

We maintain a thorough quality control system. Our experienced team can quickly identify the difference between a manufacturing fault and damage caused by wear or misuse. Rest assured, all claims are handled professionally and in strict accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note: We do not currently offer a shoe repair service for general wear and tear, though we are happy to provide maintenance suggestions upon request.
